
I'm not a vegetarian, although I avoid "red meat" and support sustainably raised and/or organic and humanely raised animals as the sources of the poultry or fish I consume to the extent possible. (And of course, I bless my meals....)
I recently heard about "Meat Free Mondays"--pledging to eat meat-free at least one day a week in order to curb one's carbon footprint on the planet and I pledged to eat meat-free on Mondays. For information on the project, please click here for more information.
